Library Membership and Borrowing Policies

• Current members of Volunteering Auckland may borrow from the collection free of charge by visiting Volunteering Auckland’s premises
• Members may borrow up to 3 items at a time
• Items are issued no longer than 4 weeks duration.  Renewals are not possible
• The due back date is 4 weeks from date of issue
• Any over due item will incur a fee of $5 per week
• Items currently out on loan may be reserved.  Members will be notified when the item is available
• All returns must be returned in the condition as borrowed
• Full replacement costs will be incurred for lost or damaged items. If the item is out of print then a similar item must be sourced in its place]
• An administration fee will be added to the replacement cost
